A Seminar on Major and Difficult Cases Concludes Successfully

To fully implement the general requirements about Party building in the new era and drive the high-quality development of the lawyers industry in Beijing, on December 25, Beijing Shaohemingdi Law Firm and Beijing Social Light Law Office jointly held a seminar on major and difficult cases mainly about corporate investment and financing, return of property rights and disputes over inheritance.
      Seven lawyers of Shaohemingdi, including Director Liu Zhenrong, and nine lawyers from Social Light, including Director Wu Zonglong, attended the seminar.
     At the seminar, the lawyers had heated discussions on the legal relationship involved in the cases, lawsuit qualifications, case facts, application of law, litigation procedure, burden of proof and litigation strategy. Inspired in the sharing of ideas, the lawyers said they benefited a lot from the event, which enabled them to learn from each other and encourage each other to make progress together, and laid a solid foundation for them to further improve the quality of handling cases and better protect the legitimate rights of clients.
    The seminar concluded successfully. Both law firms are expected to increase cooperation and exchanges in terms of business, Party building and cultural building in the days ahead.
