Dong Wei Partner Lawyer

       Dong Wei, Bachelor of International Economic Law of Hebei University, Master of International Business and Economics of International Economic Law of University. She obtained lawyer qualification in 1997 and began to practice law in 1998, served as lawyer at Hebei Chengping Law Firm, Hebei Tongrenhe Law Firm, Beijing Taiming Law Firm. Now Ms. Dong is a member of the Beijing Lawyers Association and partner, lawyer of Beijing Shaohemingdi Law Firm.  
       Having been a lawyer for many years,  Dong Wei is familiar with laws and regulations and company's legal affairs. She published articles on corporate governance, participated in drafting and reviewing company’s internal and external legal agreements, contracts, letters , listing business, company mergers and acquisitions , investment and financing.
