Zhang Jianhua Senior Partner and Operation Director

     Zhang Jianhua, graduated from the Law Department of Peking University in 1986, Master of Law, Associate Professor, Master Tutor, School's Legal Affairs Office Director. Ms. Zhang is responsible for reviewing all types of contracts, participating in negotiations, and acting for clients in litigation. Ms. Zhang has worked at the university for 20 years, teaching economic law, industrial property law, and intellectual property law.
     Ms. Zhang once worked in China Banking Association, and served as the head of rights protection department, and was hired as qualification evaluation expert of enterprise annuity fund management institution of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security as well as a committee member of Financial Arbitration Committee of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
     Ms. Zhang obtained lawyer qualification in 1994 and began to practice law since then. Since practicing, Ms .Zhang abides by professional ethics and practice discipline and keeps learning and improving herself, by which she gains profound theoretical knowledge of law, a wealth of social resources, and more in-depth research and judicial practice experience in the field of intellectual property rights, finance, corporate, contracts, etc.
